Just as we benefit from exercising the muscles in  our body, the 57 muscles in the face and neck also benefit from exercise. As they become stronger  through exercise, they become lifted and firmed, and the attached skin also becomes firmer and taughter, reducing signs of ageing and tension.

​

Face yoga is a combination of facial exercises, facial massage and facial acupressure and as well as improving the appearance of the skin, it’s a great well-being technique.

One to one sessions are tailored to your specific needs and I’ll devise a bespoke routine for you and then follow up with you a few weeks later to discuss how you’re getting on with it.
