About me

​

I am a passionate massage therapist who is dedicated to helping people feel better. I believe that massage therapy is a powerful tool that can promote relaxation, reduce pain, and improve overall health and well-being. I work intuitively and listen to both what you have to say as well as what your body is saying. I am keen to introduce massage to people who might think they ‘don’t do massage’ and to those who often feel too busy to take a break for themselves in their busy lives. I am trauma informed and have experience in body work with people who have experienced trauma.

I am committed to providing my clients with the highest quality of care and I am always looking for ways to improve my skills and knowledge.

 

Training, qualifications & experience

I am certified ITEC Diploma in Holistic Massage, Holistic & Therapeutic Massage Diploma 2017.

I am also trained in Pregnancy, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Massage, Infant parent massage. As a young people’s mindfulness instructor, I enjoy incorporating breathing exercises into my massage sessions. I believe that a holistic approach to health and wellness is the best way to achieve optimal well-being.

I trained at Oxford School of Massage (2017) and The Cotswold Academy (2018). I hold professional insurance and member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).

• Full body massage - duration and prices vary

  • 60 minutes - £60                   90 minutes - £90

• Back massage - 50 minutes - £50 

• Indian head massage - 40 minutes - £45

• Pregnancy massage - £60

• Parent/infant massage - 1-2-1 package - please call for more information
